Bed & Breakfast
Credit card details are required to reserve a room. On receipt of this information a confirmation will be sent and the booking will be binding in line with our cancellation policy which is one week when there will be no charge. Cancellations less than one week will incur a 50% charge and for a no-show on the day the full amount will be due.

Arrival time is from 2pm and departure by 10am. If rooms are not vacated by this time an extra charge may incur.

We do not accommodate pets and no smoking is allowed on the premises.

Self Catering
The above prices for self-catering include bed linen and towels. There is also 10 hours of pre-set heat per day included from October to April (extra at cost).

£200 returnable security deposit payable 6 weeks prior to stay and is returned within one week of departure as long as property is left as it was found and with no breakages or damage.
